Using period photographs by Stanley Tretick, Kitty Kelly
shows the events leading up to and during Martin Luther King Jr.’s famous “I
Have a Dream” speech on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. The text is a little wordy for elementary
students. Its really more suited to a
middle school or high school level – to show the text while talking about the
events, perhaps.
