Being the new girl in school is
hard, especially when you’re Kylie and you get noticed by the mean, popular
girls. When her and Adam, the next door
neighbor, get off on the wrong foot, Kylie complains to one of the popular
girls. Instead of blowing it off, the popular girls talk her into humiliating
Adam. But, how far can a practical joke go before it goes too far?
A great story for girls who have
ever had to deal with popular kids bullying them. The story is simple, but
well-written. The characters are likable and easy to relate to. Reluctant
readers who like realistic fiction, friendship stories, and school settings
