W.W. Hale has been called back to the family home upon the
death of his grandmother, leaving Kat literally hanging from a wire. When Kat goes to pay her condolences,
she finds a Hale much altered and a family full of secrets. Somewhere in here is a con – Kat has a
nose for these things – but finding out the truth from a bunch of blue bloods
may be more difficult and dangerous than stealing from cold-hearted
criminals. The game is on – no one
con’s Kat’s friends and gets away with it.
