passed away. She finally gets her wish
one night when a golden ladder appears in her window and she climbs towards the
beginning of a magical adventure.
Traveling across sky, sea and land, child and grandmother review those
on earth and try to help them heal and feel loved. The illustrations are beautiful. The story is hard to follow. We really wanted to love it, but found little
that we could relate to. It would be a
tough read-aloud. The book comes with an audio CD read by the author. EL (K-3). OPTIONAL.
