One day, a dog named Jake comes to town and plays in Mr. Gum's garden, so he tries to poison Jake to keep him out of the garden. Will he succeed? You're A Bad Man, Mr. Gum! is a funny book, but sometimes when the narrator interrupts the story it's annoying. Though, if you want to read funny lines, this is a good book for you.
