The school bus takes the students all around town on its route to school. They go to their different stops, see a police officer pull over a speeding car, get stopped at road construction, and ride right over a big giant bump. The bus gets all the kids to school right on time.
This book does do a good job of showing all the different jobs and components of a school bus. I don’t absolutely love the somewhat messy look of the illustrations and the straightforward commands and statements of the bus don’t make it very exciting for me, but it is a cute book.
