The idea jar has lots of great jumping off points for all
kinds of stories. Including stories
about Vikings. But be careful to create
a story to weave your ideas together, otherwise it will be just a jumble.
This book was not what I thought is was going to be when I
saw the cover. The wordage is so sparse,
that a teacher would have to do a lot of extra explaining to make this useful
as a book about plotting. I think I
prefer Ralph Tells a Story by Abby Hanion for this particular idea. For casual reading, the illustraions are a
lot of fun.
