Martin lives a
predictable life in a predictable town.
When Mr. Flux moves in next door, Martin’s world and his town gets a
good shaking and awaking. Fluxus
is a movement that started in the 1960’s and persists to some extent
today. Martin and Mr. Flux are
characters able to stand on their own as an example of not being afraid of
change – a good lesson at any age.
The illustrations, with their retro vibe, feel just right for the
narration.
