Mone, Gregory Fish, 241 pgs. Scholastic Press, 2010. Language - PG (2 swears, 0 "f"), Sexual Content - G; Violence - PG;
The unusual talent of being able to swim gave Fish his name, and how great his talent turned out to be! It becomes especially useful when he finds himself aboard a pirate ship. But can he still accomplish what he set out to do along with his new adventures? A fun adventure story about a kid that stands out a little. Sounds like the usual hero story right? Well, Fish is not your average story. Bad guys you don't expect, a carefully hidden treasure, and a pacifist on a pirate shop made this story one of my top ten favorite books.
