Phoebe is the girlfriend of a zombie; Adam (her boyfriend) was murdered . The ambulance and police had come and they were sending him off to the hospital, and he came back to life.
This book is not a page turner, and I honestly think he is trying to write books like the Twilight Saga, but just using zombies.
