Summer is finally here and Julia is ready to
get back to helping around the family campground. But all that changes when
her mother tells her and her brother about considering selling the family campground to help pay the demanding medical bills that are the result of her brother’s
illness. One night she spills her guts about her troubles, to a stranger named
Nick, on the camp dock. Only to find out later Nick is the son of a developer
looking to buy the campground. Julia is determined to save the family campground and finds she will need some help. Nick is willing to help but can she trust the
developers son?
I loved this book I thought that the characters were well developed.
It was a cute, quick read. I loved the setting and the passion that the main
character Julia has for her home. The
mature content is PG-13 because of sexual references, crass language, under-aged
drinking and skinny dipping. This book would be essential except for the "f' words moves it to optional.
