Schwartz, David M. Q is for Quark: A Science Alphabet Book, 59 p. Tricycle Press, 2001. $15.95. So, I thought I was getting another picture book when this one arrived in my mailbox, but no – it is SO MUCH MORE! Every couple of pages covers a new science topic, alphabetically, of course, but every subject is with a lot of thought and depth – and cute, helpful illustrations.
