12yo Autumn is just a servant at the magnificent Inglenook School for magicians, but she and her family work as beastkeepers for the school’s dangerous monsters.  Her twin brother has disappeared, and Autumn is determined to find him. Then Cal, the “Chosen One” appears and he needs Autumn’s help – he’s actually afraid of dragons!  Very difficult when you’ve been prophesied to defeat the most dangerous dragon of all. Together, the pair will search anywhere and everywhere for clues to all of the castle’s missing people.

Another good fantasy “school story” for schools with active fantasy readers.
