13yo Milo comes from a family of dancers. Unfortunately for him, Milo believes he has a dancing curse that makes things go awry anytime he is on the dance floor. The school dance is coming up and Milo's friends want him to go, but Milo isn't so sure.
Milo has a strong family and his abuela is a great character. He also has good friends, which is refreshing. The message of just being yourself even when you're in an uncomfortable position is affirmative. Great art and layout make a simple story shine. Milo is Hispanic.
