I never knew very much about Audrey Hepburn, but I am a fan after reading this darling book! Starting when Audrey lived in Nazi occupied Holland, the author takes you through her life as an actress, mother, and Goodwill Ambassador. Audrey's motto of "just doing her thing" is a good one for others to live by.
I loved reading the author's and illustrator's notes because you can tell how much they both love and admire Audrey. The illustrations are completely charming and complement her sweet life perfectly. EL-ESSENTIAL. Whitney, Library-Teacher.
