The fact that James and Sarah are willing to work to save their marriage is appealing when divorce has become so common nowadays. With their romance as the main focus, the action bit reminiscent of The Scarlet Pimpernel added some fun variety to the characters and the plot. Overall, James and Sarah have a sweet story with the hope of choosing to fall—and stay—in love.

The majority of the characters are English and French. The mature content rating is for alcohol use. The violence rating is for gun use and mentions of suicide.
