Welcome to Kiss the Book
Kiss the Book was started back in 2004 by Cindy Mitchell, the librarian at South Jordan Middle School in Utah. She decided to share her book thoughts online with her friends and colleagues in her state, especially after they found out how many books she really does read in a year. For the first year or so, Cindy did every review herself, but the next year students came on board when she started SLAB - the Student Library Advisory Board.
KTB went from webpage to blog in 2006 - and added new reviewers - school librarians and public librarians who are all as dedicated to getting information about the great, the good and the avoidable in children's lit. We now cover the entire K-12 spectrum and review over 1000 books a year.

I love yall's website and am so glad I found this resource. It has been helpful for my projects as I am studying to become a teacher. I was wondering if you all knew of any non-fiction books about school. Thanks!
