First Class Murder by Robin Stevens - ADVISABLE

Stevens, Robin First Class Murder (Wells and Wong #3),, 303 pages. Simon & Schuster Books for Young Readers, 2017. $16.99. Language: G; Mature Content: G; Violence: PG.

Daisy and Hazel have ended the school year and are off to tour Europe on the Orient Express with Hazel's father.  After having solved two mysteries, they are under strict instructions from Hazel's father that they are not to go looking for trouble.  Hazel wants to point out that they don't go looking for mysteries, but sometimes detecting and justice need to be served.  So what are they to do when they discover a spy on board and someone is murdered?  Good middle school mystery.  I really like Hazel's voice and she has good instincts.  Daisy is still overbearing at times, but is learning they both have their strengths.  I appreciate that the author doesn't talk down to the reader and provides clues throughout but isn't obvious about the ending.
