After years on the transplant waitlist, Stella finally gets her wish of a new heart, but be careful what you wish for. She also feels inexplicably drawn to him and her heart literally aches when they’re apart. As the truth about who Levi is unfolds, however, she starts to wonder if there is something otherworldly about Levi. Who really is Levi? Is she her soulmate or her worst nightmare?

The characters in this book are well developed and likable. The plot is complex, intense, suspenseful, and intriguing.
