This is an activity book
not a reading book. It is for big time fans of superheroes in the Marvel world.
It features quizzes, games, tons of facts and information, cutouts, and much
more. Examples are: how to make a shield, how to create laser hands, design
your own headquarters, and even a board game with a cutout paper dice. All of
the pages are bright vivid colors and tons of comic book style and action.
This would make a fun
gift for a Marvel superhero fan, but is not right for a school library. Its
sort of awkward that pages must be cutout to create some of the games in the
book and that the game board won’t lay flat since it’s a double page in the
book, many of those things should have been provided as pullaway cardstock
pages at the end of the book.
