Pete is having a sleep over with his friends, but they can’t stay up all night, or can they? Pete has to figure out a way to help his friends get to sleep, because Pete has the bedtime blues.
This is a cute story but I think students will have trouble relating..after all who actually wants to go to sleep at a sleepover? Then there is Pete, usually so kicked back and go with the flow, who is acting a bit (ok, more than a bit) like the parent in the situation. The artwork is darling as usual.
