Al’s door on his birthday. Al feels so
lucky and knows that the piglet will make a lovely meal. Before he can eat the piglet, the piglet
convinces Al that a great guy like him needs a birthday cake, decorations, and
friends (piglet calls his own friends). When
piglet’s friends show up, Al begins to wonder whether or not it is his lucky birthday. It’s a charming little story with a fun
surprise twist. The illustrations are expressive and enchanting.
