That all changes the day enemy troops come, a wizard takes her away from her family for a reason he won't explain, and it rains after years of drought. I fell in love with Brightly Woven in the first twenty pages. I love the mystery element, the magic, Sydelle's stupid stubbornness that adds so much to the story, and I love Wayland with his many colored coats.
